3. Drink plenty of water. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will help to flush out toxins and will strengthen the collagen in your skin.
4. Start an exercise regime. If you don’t already have a regular exercise schedule, you need to put some sessions in your diary now. Choose a combination of CV exercise, such as walking, running or swimming, and weight training. Lifting heavy weights will help to build muscle and make your skin look more ‘taut’, thus eliminating the orange peel effect.
5. Develop a skincare routine. While this won’t do anything to get rid of cellulite, it will make your skin appear smoother and more even. Try regular dry brushing or regular massage with special ‘cellulite massagers’ to improve your circulation and help your skin to eliminate toxins. Use specialist skin creams, lotions and serums which contain at least 5%
caffeine to tone and tighten the skin and then finish off with a spray tan – it’s guaranteed to hide a multitude of sins.
