I don’t normally post on blogs of forums but I told myself that I would make an exception if I ever found anything that stopped my urticaria.
I was diagnosed with chronic urticaria 6 month ago, my doctor said that it was possibly because of hormonal changes due to my age and that it would probably clear up in a couple of months but it didn’t. After a second opinion I discovered that CIU often continues for years.

Natural Chronic Urticaria Treatment - Get Rid of Hives?
I started the fast on April 6. Today is April 9. I cannot believe how much better I am. I started having problems about 4 week ago. I went to physician, and was put on steriods and anti-histamines. As time went by, the foods that I was able to eat, started causing problems to the point that whenever and whatever I ate made me itch and whole body sting and break out in hives. I am so THANKFUL for this website. At first when I read your protocol, I thought anything but that. But I was in so much discomfort, I was ready to try something other than the anti-histamines. I am still itching a little, but truly believe that will go away as I am following the protocol. THANK YOU! And now I understand why I have had other problems in the past.
Update: Today is May 24, this week I have experienced great progress. I am able to eat things that I have not been able to eat in about 3 months without my skin stinging and breaking out in a rash. I still have a few places that itch,but that is getting better. I have about 2 more weeks before the 2 months are completed and I am anticipating being able to eat a more normal diet in the future.

After being prescribed antihistamines and taking them for around 4 years, non stop, (which never cured my CIU), .. I stopped taking them so I could follow your hives treatment.
