I don’t normally post on blogs of forums but I told myself that I would make an exception if I ever found anything that stopped my urticaria.

I started the fast on April 6. Today is April 9. I cannot believe how much better I am. I started having problems about 4 week ago. I went to physician, and was put on steriods and anti-histamines. As time went by, the foods that I was able to eat, started causing problems to the point that whenever and whatever I ate made me itch and whole body sting and break out in hives.
